LikedGreat property , great location. Amazing staff best hotel in Brussels
LikedA beautifully designed, stylish and cosy hotel. The service is excellent, the bar is lovely, the sauna facilities are great, and breakfast is perfect. Rooms are comfortable, very clean and well equipped. Soundproofing is also excellent,no road noise at all, even though our room faced the busy road at the front. The best hotel in Brussels so far!
DislikedA few small details worth mentioning: the rain shower sprays water everywhere, including straight into your eyes, in my opinion it could do with something a bit less extravagant. Oh, and the toilet seat is quite small, not the most comfortable one, I must say.
LikedBeautifully renovated house with sumptuous details and high quality fixtures.
LikedVery nicely decorated, great amenities, nice complimentary spa. Just great!
DislikedThe entrance is difficult to reach. You have to use the bus lane to get there.
LikedThis is the best hotel in Brussels. Hands down. Having stayed at the other solid ones (steinberger wilcher, corinthia, amigo, the dominican etc) in Brussels, this one is in a class of its own. The service was impeccable, the room as well as common areas were beautiful and in everything, the attention to detail was unusually high, even for hotels in this category.
DislikedThe air conditioning was as good as it gets in Brussels, with the room at about 23 degrees, which, by mine (and U.S standards) isn't cool enough. But that's more of a continent problem than specific to the venue. No other hotel in town has a better one in my experience.
LikedEverything - the best!
LikedThe location, the comfort, the service, the bedding
DislikedThe wardrobes could be longer… Not fitted for long clothes, on both sides. The breakfast service was very very slow one morning but the reception told us that we would have a free bf on our next visit ( as we had already paid for it)… so very good gesture 👍🏾
