LikedThe location of the hotel is perfect, it couldn't be better! Very friendly to pets. The hotel staff helped us with any questions that arose. The room was very comfortable and quiet, despite the hotel's location in the city center. I was especially pleased with the large bathroom.

“A great hotel let down by some questionable approaches to staff organisation.”
LikedRoom was lovely, bar was great, decor really nice, front desk and lobby staff v friendly and responsive.
DislikedBreakfast was poorly conceived, breakfast staff organisation poor, waiting time to be served too long. Some days you get three people opening doors for you when you arrive, sometimes you have to open the doors yourself. It won’t kill me to open a door but why the inconsistency?
