LikedI like the location of the property and the staff was incredibly friendly and extremely attentive.

DislikedThe room was extremely small, with barely enough space to put my suitcase without it being in the way. The bathroom’s sliding door offered virtually no privacy, especially since it was so close to the bed. It felt like we were right on top of each other whenever one of us used the restroom. The bed was also uncomfortable, with a thin spring mattress. On top of that, even the four small Keurig pods left in the room cost extra to use, which felt excessive. Overall, the lack of space, bathroom privacy, and a comfortable bed was enough for me to not go back to this location.

DislikedBathrooms didnt have extractors or windows, so you take a shower and the steam fills the room.

LikedThe room was fantastic, spacious and an amazing view of the beach. Breakfast was the second highlight of the day. It had anything you could possibly want in the morning. The staff was always helpful friendly and energetic. The rooftop pool was my favorite place to hangout besides the beach.

DislikedTraffic is bad during peak hours but what can you do.

Disliked1. Terrible noise from the boiler in the courtyard at night in the mountain view room. 2. The hotel or booking service should have warned guests that they would be staying in an accessible room. I've booked this hotel twice, and both times I was given an accessible room. It's unfair to put people in a small, accessible room without warning. The room was tiny, and the shower stalls were made of thick cardboard, which was unpleasant to the touch. If you don't use them, the floor will get wet. I might book an accessible room, but I need to know before booking. 3. The towels were gray, not white. Laundromats should use sodium hypochlorite to bleach them. They're terrible.

LikedEverything about my stay was exceptional. From the moment I checked in, my room was always spotless, perfectly organized, and fully replenished every day. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. As a solo traveler, I especially appreciated how much they cared about my safety. They warned me about areas and situations to be cautious of in the city, and whenever I called an uber they stayed with me until it arrived. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel safe and well looked after. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable. You can tell that everyone here truly understands hospitality and takes great pride in maintaining the hotel’s high standards. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
