LikedThe location was great as it was facing the Copacabana Beach. Getting in and out of the hotel with Uber/van was a breeze. Check in was so pleasant as the staffs were friendly, helpful, and communicates things very transparently. We booked 3 rooms and wanted to check in early as our flight arrived in the morning. We understood that this is a difficult request, but they still helped us arrange for that and even made an effort to put our rooms close to one another. In the end, we got 2 out of 3 rooms ready by the time we checked in and another just shortly after so we could freshen up before our afternoon excursion. The rooms they prepared for us were also next to each other. Although we did not face the beach, our rooms were facing Cristo Redentor, so the view was still so pretty. We appreciated it so much. DislikedThe decor is a bit outdated, especially in the lobby. Though it is not essential, some updating would be great. Cleanliness could also be improved, but it might also be because the furniture is aged and is inevitably harboring dust.
