“Comfortable and luxurious”
LikedThis is a beautiful property, as are all Ritz Carlton locations. the rooms are large and very comfortable. The staff is very attentive.
DislikedThere was no lounge are in the lobby. There really should be a place to sit and relax or talk that’s not in your room. We tried to sit in an area that us the bar area at night and, even though they weren’t serving, we were told we were not permitted to sit there. I would not choose this property on my next visit to Montreal.

LikedBreakfast was delicious and a really good variety. The bar was also really nice. LOVED the Doormen. They were helpful and always cheerful. The regular cleaning of the room was also great. And the bidet toilet was amazing! Great to have a nice pool too since it was so hot when we were in town.
DislikedThere was a mix up with our bill on departure - we did not initially get the rate we had booked via Booking.com, but it was corrected after we left and inquired about it.

LikedSuperb hotel… lovely and extremely accommodating staff. The bedrooms were good sizes. The lounge area was quite sweet, and the restaurant food was quite good.

LikedBoth location and breakfast were great. Room was very clean and spacious, perfect for our family. The bathroom was perfect also. Swimming pool was great for entertainment, water was a bit cold.
DislikedCommunication could have been much better but the staff did their best and helped us with a great stay.
