LikedLocation was great, room was clean, breakfast was good. Loved the idea of the wine dispenser but we never actually used it.
DislikedThe storage could have been better, but that was not a high priority.
LikedWe were there for 3 nights. Hotel was in a great location, close to riverfront (and amazing fireworks when we were there). Convenient to a slew of excellent restaurants in the Old Town area. Our room was spacious, & attractive. The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Loved the Wine "machine." Would certainly stay there again.
DislikedWe felt the 3 steps up to the bathroom (no railing) was potentially hazardous, especially if you had to maneuver them in the middle of the night.
LikedAlthough we did not use the breakfast option it looked wonderful and was crowded with people. We did use the coffee services and fresh cold water. Everyone was congenial and helpful.
LikedLocation was the reason we choose this Auberge, close to all the old town charm.
DislikedThe size of the bed was a definite problem for me
LikedThe location for us was superb. The room was small but adequate. Thank you for the steamer! It was great to see how the building was used again for lodging.
DislikedThe shower was old and didn't work well. The elevator was old and didn't work well. We left for breakfast as the hotel breakfast seemed expensive and we were able to find a great breakfast.
LikedThe location was perfect - away from the crowds yet close to everything. Our room was nice and large, clean and super comfy bed and robes. Th restaurant next door was excellent! We will definitely return to the property the next time we are in Quebec City.
DislikedHonestly, everything was great. We could have used a fitness center but with the hills, we got plenty of exercise.
