LikedAlthough the room was on the main floor it was exceptionally quiet. The location of the hotel is perfect it is beside the Frontenac Hotel, looks out onto gardens and the St Lawrence. Easy access with a car and parking was just 50 feet or so from the hotel in an underground lot. We would stay there again for sure.
LikedThe location was perfect. Room had been renovated and had a beautiful view of the park and river. Staff were helpful and personable.
DislikedThe glass shower was part of the room without a privacy screen.
LikedOur room was "roomy," modern, and comfortable. There were stairs to the rooftop with chairs and sofas for outdoor relaxing and an excellent view of the old city. Contemporary art made the public spaces fun and memorable. The breakfast was very good with eggs, fresh fruit, coffee, teas, croissants, juices, and other tasty treats. The location was right in the centre spot of the old historic part Quebec City so we could walk to see everything. And the service at the front desk was excellent.

LikedIt was very convenient to all of the Old town attractions. Staff were very friendly & helpful. They all spoke English very well since we didn’t speak French.

LikedAbsolutely wonderful! Great location. Awesome staff. Clean, comfortable. The hotel offered all the comfort of home. I loved the wine vending machine,and the lounge. The rooftop lounge was inviting also. I hope to go back someday.
