LikedGreat location… the large area for unloading and valet service, which is protected from the weather and is easy to access, was a bonus! EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER WAS SMILING AND MARVELOUSLY HELPFUL!

LikedThe breakfast way delicious, especially the sour dough pancakes! Love the spa. Very tranquil and my treatment (massage) was amazing! The complimentary car service was helpful too but you had to be quick to book it.
DislikedThe return of our incidentals hold on our credit card could’ve been returned faster.

LikedGreat location, not super noisy and close to everything. The SPA is great. The room was big and comfy.
DislikedThe breakfast is not up to the level. Options are limited and coffee was not good quality. The staff at the reception was not great neither. The receptionist asked for an ID 3-4 times, and we got irritated as we had a super long flight and were tired.

LikedBest location in downtown Toronto, close to Yorkville, ROM, Art Gallery of Ontario. Since I didn't have a car, it was great to be able to get a taxi or hop on the subway in minutes. Staff were welcoming and helpful without exception. Can always count on Park Hyatt's restaurant Joni for an excellent meal - whether it's breakfast or dinner.
DislikedI wish there were grab bars in the shower!

LikedLove the refurbishment!! Love the tree in the restaurant. Loved the pianist playing while I had brunch. Should play at every meal time. Food and excellent service. Julia Hong was excellent and check in and beyond. Amazing location!!
DislikedIt’s quite expensive but you get what you pay for. There wasn’t availability in the spa unfortunately.
