LikedLocation, staff was friendly, accommodating, helpful, housekeeping was great - left us goodies every day. Hotel was modern, clean, luxurious.

LikedStaff were friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. The location was great for walking around, biking at Stanley Park and visiting tourist attractions. The corner room had great views, a large bathroom and was very quiet.
DislikedThe room temperature would fluctuate when the air conditioning was set above 20 degrees, sometimes even blowing hot air. There were a few minor annoyances with unexpected charges, but once the staff became aware, they did a great job resolving the issues and went out of their way to make our stay most enjoyable.
LikedNo breakfast but close to many cafes and restaurants. Very nice and modern rooms. The staff was very helpful.
