DislikedThe plaza across from the hotel, when hosting festivals, could bring loud noises to those rooms facing Georgia Street/Avenue.

DislikedA bit noisy from the bar reflections on a Friday and Saturday night. You would think that Reflections would be Adult and mature….. nope - a bit of a place for a group to get rowdy, loud and drunk to the beat of loud music.

LikedThe staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the accommodations and hotel property were gorgeous, the location downtown was perfect (central to shopping, gas town, bars, etc.), cocktails were delish, and the vibe was elegant, moody, and relaxing.

LikedThey upgraded us and we had a fantastic room! The bed was so comfy, I almost didn't want to leave. Beautiful furniture and the turndown service was great! I love this hotel! We also loved the breakfast downstairs, the bar with a piano player and a dusky cocktail bar down below. Very special.
DislikedThere wasn't a dresser to put our clothes away in the room, just a closet. Otherwise, very comfortable.

LikedLocated in the heart of Vancouver, well connected to everything. Relatively large building but not massive, feels boutique almost. Couple of restaurants and bars. Staff is amazing.
