LikedWe visited in the summer and this Lodge was incredible. It's a great location, quiet and fantastic views. There are unlimited activities in the area with a free shuttle to town.

“Peaceful Beautiful Retreat in Nature”
LikedBeautiful, cozy, comfortable in everything: room, lobby, restaurants, patio. Clean. Excellent views from our room. The staff in every department were attentive, polite and friendly. Peaceful location and easy to walk into Whistler village or Creekside. Shuttle service was excellent. Always available within 6 minutes of requesting the shuttle. Very convenient. Drivers were always lovely to talk to. Bravo!!!! We are looking forward to another visit soon.
DislikedNo more room service. After a long day of hiking we had always ordered room service and unfortunately that was no longer an option. We went to the spa for the hot tub, sauna and steam room because we wanted to be away from kids. Unfortunately, the hot tub area was lackluster, dated and very sad. We overlooked the parking lot and the area itself had no planters or any beautiful decor like the rest of the hotel. The hall to get to the change rooms were steril and reminded us of a medical facility. Very disappointed!
