LikedComfortable stay in a suite with plenty of room to relax. It was a good location in the village. Restaurants were in the hotel space
DislikedEverything was nice except for the overbearing artificial deodorizer or infuser in the lobby. It was very uncomfortable and untolerable for more than a couple of minutes. and would be harmful for anyone with asthma or related issues. In a place with fresh .mountain air it is not necessary.
LikedLocation was excellent, friendly staff, Rooftop Hot tub very relaxing.
LikedThe location is central and easy access to food, gondola station and bike rentals. The apartment is equipped enough to accommodate our needs. The staff are friendly and ever so helpful. The laundry facility in the basement is so handy. The water pressure for shower is good. Everything works perfectly in the apartment.
DislikedAn extra mirror other than the one in the bathroom would be helpful.
LikedLarge, very comfortable apartment with outstanding view of Whistler mountain and Skiers Plaza. Wonderfully comfortable bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Great location both for access to lifts and restaurants and bars. While the hotel has no restaurant there are several beneath the property or around it. Very welcoming and helpful staff.
LikedLocation, and amenities. It was actually a one bedroom fully furnished apartment that we could’ve lived in long term. Everything looked new and comfortable. The parking under the hotel was gated for security. Would definitely stay here again.

LikedThe location was amazing and we seem to have a corner room assigned to us since it had a great view of the mountains and the activities around the hotel. The apartment (stayed in a 2-bedroom) was supper spacious so we had a relaxing time. We also used the rooftop tub in the evening where you need to book a 30-minute slot; unfortunately it was too cold on the day we booked. There are a lot of hotels/apartment in the same location but the key to our great experience are the hotel staff - they were great! The front line staff was very friendly, cheerful and helpful/informative, which made us feel at home. The valet parking was efficient and staff never make you feel like they work hard to earn tips.
