LikedThe hotel setting is spectacular. It’s 2000 feet above sea level in lush tropical forest with a stunning ocean view overlooking Uvita and the Marina Ballena National Park. Each lodging is totally private and we had a beautiful view of the forest and the ocean from our deck and room.

LikedThe hotel’s setting is truly spectacular, nestled in the heart of a lush tropical forest with breathtaking views all around. One of the standout highlights was enjoying a bath while overlooking the forest and ocean…an unforgettable experience. The pool area is equally impressive, featuring a stunning infinity pool with panoramic views over Uvita and Marino Ballena National Park. The staff were exceptional throughout the stay: special thanks to Adrian, who was incredibly helpful and a real asset to the hotel. The on-site restaurant was another highlight, serving outstanding food, with the dinner set menu being particularly memorable.
DislikedIf I had to point out a downside, it would be that water bottles aren’t provided in the room, which feels like a small but important detail for guest comfort. One suggestion for improvement would be the layout around the infinity pool. Currently, there are chairs placed on the green area directly in front of it, which slightly disrupts the otherwise stunning, uninterrupted ocean views. Removing or repositioning them would really enhance the overall experience and make the most of such a beautiful setting. No one wants to see people sat there or chairs when you could just face the ocean. Huge layout mistake!
LikedSuperbly engineered! It feels like a scene from a James Bond movie when you enter the reception area but surrounded by outstanding natural beauty.
LikedThe most wonderfull place located in the middle of the Forest. The staff was excellent, knowing you by name from the first day. Always caring. The food was at the level of a Michelin star Restaurant. The location, views and amenities of the Hotel were perfect.
LikedThe hotel, decor and staff are all phenomenal. The attention to detail in the Treehouse suites is truly impressive. Everything is organized to perfection, and the food is exceptional (for breakfast, lunch and dinner!). RP has created something very special and the whole team should be proud.
LikedIt was all perfect with our stay at this very stylish boutique hotel. Combination of amazing views to the jungle and ocean, very quiet atmosphere, fresh and comfortable even during the very hot days, clean, nice food, very helpful stuff! Special attitude to guests, we would like to thank very much to Steven Morera for his kindness and help during our stay!

LikedOne of the most amazing places I have ever stayed. Fabulous location immersed in the rainforest. Our treehouse lodge was incredible - wonderful views and loved being woken by the sounds of the howler monkeys. The staff were attentive without being intrusive. The food and cocktails were excellent.
