DislikedBeautiful garden restaurant and the peacocks walking around freely taking in all the grandeur of this fantastic hotel.

LikedThe hotel is position in the centre making it easy to access local attractions etc. We were immediately welcomed by a member of staff as we pulled up in the car. They took care of our luggage whilst we checked in. The bellboy then took our luggage and escorted us to our suite. Staff were very professional and welcoming. The hotel offers a range of services and we also enjoyed the resident peacocks. The food was off a very high standard and we were delighted to find al a cart breakfast e being available.

DislikedThe only disappointment throughout the visit was at dinner, which started very well but the service descended towards the end. I had asked for a dessert wine but unfortunately, I had finished my dessert by the time arrived with the wine. I therefore asked for an I instead, again, by the time it had arrived, my partner had finished their coffee and so i rejected the coffee too. A disappointing end to an otherwise wonderful experience.

LikedWe had a wonderful stay at The Mark Hotel Prague as a couple and truly enjoyed every moment. We booked a suite, which was absolutely outstanding — beautiful, spacious, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. A special thank you to Bilel, who was always kind, helpful, and ready to assist us with a genuine smile whenever we needed anything. His excellent service really made our stay even more special. The hotel’s location, close to Prague’s Old Town, was also very convenient and made exploring the city on foot easy and enjoyable. The delicious, high-quality breakfast was the perfect finishing touch to an already fantastic stay. Overall, a beautiful hotel, excellent service, great location, and a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again!

LikedAn Unforgettable Experience from Start to Finish Everything was wonderful. Having breakfast in a beautiful garden filled with hydrangeas, accompanied by live piano music and a peacock family keeping us company, was truly an unforgettable experience. The rooms were lovely, and we were unexpectedly upgraded to a suite, which was a wonderful surprise. The location is fantastic, and the massage at the spa was absolutely lovely and very relaxing. Overall, it was a beautiful experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

LikedThis palace has been refurbished to an exceptionally high standard. Our room was very comfortable, excellent bed, and the bathroom was exciting and imaginative. Downstairs both the restaurants were good. Has arguably the best sushi of my life there (wow expensive but very special). Staff were all helpful and charming. For a top of the range hotel in Budapest I doubt there are any better.

DislikedNo problem with the hotel, but the taxis are a nightmare. Always take an Uber or Bolt otherwise you will be ripped off.
