LikedAbsolutely stunning hotel. Beautiful rooms, stunning wellness area/swimming pool and without exception, incredibly friendly staff.
DislikedNothing. Everything far exceeded our expectations.
LikedAbsolutly our favourite place to stay!
DislikedThat we have to leave
LikedExcellent stay and good staff.
Likedgreat location great staff
LikedEverything!
LikedLocation cleanliness The staff were friendly
DislikedThere is overcrowding at facilities like the massage center, and no appointments are available. Regarding the breakfast buffet, there are no food options suitable for Muslims or Arabs The room type was not what I had requested—specifically, a room on an upper floor to enjoy the river view—even though I had made this request well in advance, about a month before booking
LikedThere was nothing not to like
LikedExtremely happy with my stay at the Fairmont. Peter, Nina and Johannes and reception all went above and beyond for me during my stay. The room was perfect, same goes for the spa and pool area
DislikedNothing it was all better than expected.
