“Best Hotel we stayed at in Europe and will definitely return. This hotel certainly made our holiday”
LikedThis Hotel is fabulous. The service is exceptional, the team are amazing, extremely welcoming, friendly and kind. They are always happy to help no matter the query. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable and beautifully designed. They are spacious and so quiet. They are cleaned to a high standard and we so enjoyed returning each day.
DislikedThere was nothing we disliked. This Hotel is amazing.
“Great place to stay in”
LikedThe space was great, the bed was firm and the kitchen was suitably adequate. Some of the cleaners are really good and thorough in their cleaning. Location was great too.
DislikedThe window faces the restaurant so we mainly draw the curtain. Not enough hangers especially when the dryer doesn't dry enough even after 2 rounds of drying so we had difficulty hanging up the clothes to get them properly dried.
LikedThe room was perfect and comfy. Nothing was missing, we had all the accessories we needed. Great breakfast, great location.
LikedEverything! Beautiful spacious rooms, great staff
LikedExcellent location and services. From check in to check out everything was smooth. Staff at the reception and the person who managed our luggage were extremely helpful and cordial. Room was very spacious and well equipped.
LikedThe rooms and the service both were amazing
DislikedDoes not have added facilities like a pool and sauna.
“I think I found my preferred hotel in Prague”
LikedGreat hotel and worked very well for me, traveling for business with my 14-month-old and the nanny. We could prepare food, and had a separate room for naps. Very clean and well-equipped. They also accommodated a later check-out for nap time.
DislikedThe bathroom smelled a bit of drain and there was some chipped furniture. Breakfast was expensive but delicious.
