“The naturally gifted and loving staff plus paradise equals a guaranteed best Holiday ever for you too!”

LikedThe best resort in the Yasawas! The friendliest and most helpful staff in paradise!

DislikedA couple of cloudy days but that happens.

“Romantic getaway, with as much relaxing or adventure as you please. Total immersion into Fiji.”

LikedThe remote location in crystal clear blue waters. The staff were so lovely and genuine, they made us feel welcome and relaxed throughout the stay. Being a small resort, we got to know and enjoy the company of some of the other guests too as well as the staff. We had Garden View Bure (no 2) which was set on a little hill with views through the trees to the water. The Bure was a generous in size and very comfortable. Enjoyed our snorkeling excursion where our guide looked after us in the water. A bonus was the yoga which was held once or twice a day and is included in the stay for free.

DislikedNot much not to like! Should have booked for a few more days.

“Tranquility for those that aren't beach bums.”

LikedVery quiet resort, with no kids during our stay. Free short massage or discounted hour long massage upon arrival was top notch idea. Beautiful rooms with soaring ceilings of traditional architecture. We really liked the al a carte option for lunch and dinner, as opposed to the forced meal plans everywhere else. Calm, shallow bay for kayaking to several other beaches where you can explore the flotsam washed ashore. Yes, they have dogs, but they are well cared for and really will not approach you if you don't desire.

DislikedBeach and swimming area was very limited to the boat channel, with zero options to sit or lay down except on the sand, so we mostly relaxed on the daybed or loungers in the shaded area at the room. Snorkeling from beach is nonexistent but we discovered an incredible reef by kayaking out past the last little rocky island in the channel and took turns snorkeling from the boats. They really should just offer a free daily boat trip to this location for those that like to snorkel. Food was not as good as other resorts, but at least you could purchase only the items suited to you, or skip a lunch as we usually did to save some money.

“2.5 weeks in Fiji and this was the best bed. Loved our garden and private hammock.”

LikedEach unit had their own hammock - we loved that. The sand was so soft and clean and swept. Debris was raked out constantly so we walked barefoot everywhere. We enjoyed their activities and the low-key, quiet atmosphere. It wasn't busy like a bigger resort. We also got a special dinner one night in a cabana on the beach. We didn't request this, they said they do it once for everybody just for fun. Complimentary mini- massage on arrival was an unexpected treat!

DislikedWe chose this resort because it was closer to the Sawa-I-Lau caves and advertised that they offered this excursion. We were staying there Mon-Thurs and when we asked about the cave trip, they said "not until Friday", which was a big disappointment. Fortunately for us, there was a wealthy lady from New Zealand who was also leaving Thursday who requested a Wednesday excursion to the cave. (She was willing to pay the whole cost of the boat to make sure that it happened and added that others could join.) We paid our share but it wouldn't have happened without HER generosity.

“From the moment we stepped onto this small resort property until we left, it was total relaxation.”

LikedWe loved the accommodations, the food, the people, the views, and the attention to detail.

DislikedOnly a small amount of sandy beach and no fitness areas were the only drawbacks.
