LikedThey upgraded our accommodations because they gave our unit away to someone else. We appreciated the upgraded accommodations and the new room was beautiful.
DislikedSometimes the staff didn't understand our requests but they just smiled and said yes anyway. We ended up having trouble booking dinners because we thought they understood but they didn't. For example, at the Teppanyaki they had groups booked at 6:00 and 7:00, but we got booked at 6:30, which meant that our group was waiting for us but we didn't get seated. This inconvenienced the group and confused our chef. We ordered but the cooking chef didn't get notified and tried to finish up the meal when he hadn't cooked our food yet. We had to tell him that they had brought out the prepped food and show him the lower shelf. Eventually everyone else at the table left and we were there by ourselves. After waiting a long time for drink refills and getting ignored for at least 15 minutes as we waited to sign our dinner ticket, we left and went back to our room because we knew they had our bure number. Later, as we were already undressed and ready for bed, they knocked on our door to get us to sign our bill. The whole night was awkward.
