LikedFrom the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were extremely happy with every aspect of our stay. The level of care and attention was outstanding, just as you would expect from a top-class hotel. Every member of the staff was incredibly polite, attentive, and always willing to help. What they did for my daughter’s birthday made us especially happy and created a wonderful memory for our family. I would definitely recommend this hotel. For us, there is simply no need to look anywhere else for our next stay. A special thank you to Dimitri and Pierre from the Concierge team, Mathilde and Oriane from Guest Experience, and to all the other wonderful staff members whose names I unfortunately cannot remember. Thank you all for making our stay so special!

LikedThis hotel is excellently located in a beautiful area of the city very close to the Place Vendome. The service in this hotel was exceptional and the best Mandarin oriental that I have ever stayed in. Nothing was ever to much trouble and the staff went out of their way to ensure we were happy with everything from check in, drinks in the bar, remembering our names, outstanding breakfast again with great staff. A particular mention to the door staff who remembered our names and what plans we had for the day, even taking our shopping to the room for us. We will definitely be back!
