LikedStunning property with beautiful pools surrounded by nature. Very relaxing and luxurious. Our room was beautiful, spacious, clean and very comfortable. Had everything we needed! Restaurant was delicious and we had multiple meals at the hotel across breakfast, lunch and dinner. Shuttle access into Aix was convenient and easy to call and request. Staff were fantastic. We hiked nearby and the trails were really great and worth exploring. 10/10

DislikedNothing! It was fantastic.

“A perfect choice that combines nature, comfort, service and proximity.”

LikedThe hotel is excellent and I would certainly recommend (as I already have to my mom). First off, the staff is very polite, welcoming, helpful and well trained. I personally found the location incredible because it is both in a quiet, bucolic and beautiful landscape area and yet very close to the city center (10min), while the hotel provides free shuttle service. Furthermore it is very comfortable: spacious rooms, very good bed/pillows/blankets, and very good bathroom. The breakfast is very good too and offers a delightful view of trees and the Victoire mountain, while the rest of the hotel has a spa that is nice, and restaurants (that I cannot comment because I did not try). Free parking is helpful aswell. A perfect choice that combines nature, comfort, service and proximity.

DislikedOn a minor note I would say that the indoor pool could be warmer and the gym could be better equipped. Furthermore, as for my taste, the lobby is too dark and too glamorous, but that's just me.

“Beautiful retreat with wonderful facilities, excellent food and a truly relaxing atmosphere”

LikedWe had a wonderful five-night stay! The property is absolutely beautiful, with stunning grounds, a fantastic swimming pool and a peaceful Provençal atmosphere. Our room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully appointed. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the location is perfect — just a short drive from Aix-en-Provence. Overall, a truly lovely place for a relaxing family holiday.

DislikedThe only disappointment was the dinner situation on one evening. Just 30 minutes before dinner, we were informed that the hotel’s only restaurant open for dinner was fully booked for a private group, leaving us without a proper dining option. We had just arrived after a long journey with two young children, and the suggestion from reception was simply to have snacks at the bar. For a five-star hotel, I would have expected better communication and a more thoughtful solution for resident guests. This was an unfortunate moment in an otherwise excellent stay.

“Beautiful property with temperature issues”

LikedThe location is gorgeous, serene with amazing views of Mt. Saint Victoire that inspired Cézanne. The service is impeccable. The rooms are spacious with modern decor.

DislikedMy chief complaint is the temperature in the room. Despite having a thermostat in the room and setting the temperature to 18 Celsius, it never went cooler than 22 C, which is too hot for me to sleep comfortably. For a luxury hotel, it is not acceptable to not be able to control temperature

“Stunning!”

LikedThis property is gorgeous, with multiple pools, a pretty terrace and gardens, and spacious rooms. The shuttle to and from town was amazing and felt more like a private car transfer, not a traditional shuttle.

DislikedNothing! We didn’t do the breakfast because we felt it was a bit expensive.

LikedVery nice hotel and surroundings (gardens etc.), the small gym was a nice plus.

DislikedSome details could be improved up to the standards of a 5*, e.g. offering a branded shampoo / conditioner / body gel (there were only 2 bottles and the quality was poor). The massage offering was great, but I booked a deep tissue and got a very light massage. It would be better to reduce the offering to what they can deliver.

LikedLoved it but trees should be trimmed for view from the rooms. Service at pool and outside can be better. Basically non existent which is strange for what you pay for the hotel. Love the facilities and the views.

“10-Star service luxury hotel near Aix-en-Provence”

LikedThe staff of this hotel provide an absolutely exceptional 10-star service. Rooms are a good size and well equipped, breakfast is delicious, the hotel grounds are pleasant, and the hotel setting is very nice. The place has two pools, which are for a quick dip, but not long enough to serve as a lap pool.

DislikedThe amenities, setting, and luxury come at a rather high price.
