LikedGreat rooms, beautiful property and facilities, a true luxury stay right outside of Aix. We had a car, there was free parking and a short drive into town (<15 minutes). Very good value.

LikedExquisite property, exceptional staff, beautifully restored and maintained. Took us on a golf cart tour upon our arrival. Stayed at a rustic cottage amid grapevines - tiny but perfect - with a fantastic shower and high end French shower gel, shampoo, lotion, etc.
DislikedTotally botched our only dinner at the facility. It began well, but kitchen fouled up and we didn’t receive our main courses for about 1 1/2 hours. For a facility of this caliber - completely unacceptable. Our waiter disappeared - we enlisted another one to help. They comped our entrees and dessert, which was lovely - but they need to get their act together. Turned out only night at this incredible chateau.

LikedThis is one of the most unique hotel concepts we have ever experienced. Surrounded by nature and vineyards, it offers a truly distinctive château experience in a peaceful and relaxing setting. The architecture, interior design, and room décor were elegant, authentic, and full of character, making the entire stay feel very special. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. We were also impressed by the variety of restaurants and dining options within the property—we couldn’t even explore everything during our stay. One of the highlights was watching the FIFA Club World Cup match in the beautiful garden, which created a fantastic atmosphere. The property offers so many experiences and facilities that one night simply wasn’t enough. We would definitely love to come back.
DislikedHonestly, we couldn’t find anything worth mentioning. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. If anything, we only wish we had stayed longer, as there was still so much of the property left to discover and enjoy.
