LikedEverything except the screaming guests kids and babies

DislikedThe food was good but a little too rich in dairy and soy. Young Children should be guests. It was noisy with screaming babies and kids played soccer and baseball with parents in front of the dining room lagoon at breakfast ! We took four long flights arriving tired at a very early flight only to have kids played on the grass in front of our faces and the lagoon we so waited to see being our long waited bucket listed destination for our honeymoon! We mentioned to the manager but nothing was done about it ! Except apologies. He mentioned that they used to have a kids club but they closed it!

LikedWatched the sun rise through our window while we were still in bed! Staff went out of their way to make our stay exceptional.

LikedAbsolutely everything!!! The resort is pristine, the staff is super friendly and kind, the food was delicious and fresh, the overwater villa was stunning and clean. The butler staff is amazing and helps you with everything you need. We loved our bikes that were provided for our villa. The resort is peaceful and relaxing!

DislikedExpenses for food were way over priced, extra activities were extremely high priced, not much to do, gets boring after a few days

LikedWe had a beach villa with pool which was a change for us as we usually have over water villas in other destinations but I can highly recommend the beach villa with pool. Location is brilliant, close to sea and very peaceful. The staff and service were exceptional.I would recommend going out of season, take some extra cash for food and drink and forget the expense and enjoy the experience

DislikedThe only negative I guess is the price of the drinks and the food was very good but not exceptional. We arrived mid Feb which is out of season, I’m not certain I would have had such a great experience in season. To be very fair the hotel, although the drinks etc were expensive, the property is beautifully maintained and I would guess is very very costly run to maintain.
