LikedBest views in Bora Bora Staff are very very friendly

DislikedThere are no showers that you can use outside of the rooms. We had a late flight so we stayed at the resort until 5 pm, but had to check out by 12 pm. Transit room was not available to us even though other guests the checked out the same day did get one. So basically nothing to do for 5 hours while we wait for the transfer to the airport. Can’t use the pool of the beach because there is no way to shower afterwards.

LikedThe Westin Bora Bora Resort and Spa is a little piece of paradise. White sand beaches, warm blue water and exceptional overwater bungalows to stay in were just superb. The buffet breakfast was amazing with everything from fresh croissants and fruit to French toast and waffles. All the staff are so friendly and attentive. We even spotted a sea turtle in the lagoon!

DislikedAn afternoon yoga class (instead of just an early morning class) would have been nice.

LikedThe facility and staff were excellent. Especially Eva. My husband was using a wheelchair and she alerted the hospitality staff to our special needs. Everyone knew us by name and showed great care and concern to any small request. Many thanks to Eva and the rest of the staff.

DislikedThe food was very disappointing. I wouldn’t have minded the price if it had been better. The breakfast buffet was very average. Coffee was below average and not hot enough. We chose not to dine in the expensive restaurants and ate pizza most nights. Very small cocktails for $27 each.

LikedEverything is new and clean. Great location for Mountain View. Great food. Nice accommodations.

DislikedNeed to plant coral to attract marine life. Need to add sand to beaches. Need privacy fence on the opposite side of the one that’s already present. Polynesian show should be outside on the beach in front of the mountain and add fire elements.

LikedClean, comfortable, bed was AMAZING, AC worked great, loved our hut over the water. Gym was good, restaurants were nice, staff was excellent!

LikedThe staff was very friendly and responsive to requests. The options for meals was good. The concierge was helpful making recommendations. Housekeeping kept our room clean.

DislikedThe cost of food and drink was very expensive but seemed to match the other resorts in the area.

LikedBeautiful setting and grounds. The hotel left champagne and a chocolate tort to celebrate our anniversary.

DislikedThe golf carts used by the staff move very quickly. It would be wise to give them a bicycle bell to alert guests they are coming up behind them so they can move to the side. Also, the fast moving golf carts were noisy on the wooden walkways between the over the water bungalows during the busy part of the day.
