“A wonderful stay”
LikedReally liked the decor. Room was really nice. Great location, too. Quite central with easy travel links, but not too busy. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
DislikedMy only suggestions would be to provide larger bathroom towels, and perhaps comfier chairs in the courtyard for busy breakfast times. But it was all great otherwise.
“Hotel Chateau Royal made our trip to Berlin even more special”
LikedEverything about the hotel was exceptional. The location was perfect for a first time visitor to see most of the major sights within easy walking distance. The atmosphere was special with great furnishings and interesting art. The staff were exceptionally helpful in recommending and making reservations. They were also very helpful and caring when I had a medical issue when in Berlin. I would particularly like to mention Otto and Paul.
“Few days away”
LikedLocation Room and facilities within was great!
DislikedThe reception guy when leaving, just seemed like he couldn’t be bothered attitude! If breakfast wasn’t included in the price, i don’t think it’s worth the €35! These 2 things just bring the experience down!
“Well located and comfortable hotel with a great bar and friendly staff.”
LikedGreat large room and very good shower.
DislikedWould have liked a bath
“Excellent hotel, great location!”
LikedExcellent location, beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast.
LikedA quiet, small hotel in the center of Berlin. Clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff.
DislikedIf you like a large lobby, a gym and a pool, then this isn't the place for you.
“An excellent boutique hotel in a great location”
LikedBeautiful, boutique hotel with very efficient and personable staff. Great location. Our room was large and perfectly appointed. Lovely bar area.
DislikedOnly one small ‘gripe’ - no fridge in room for fresh milk for early morning tea and coffee.
