“Excellent location, comfortable room, superior staff sums up a most enjoyable stay.”
LikedThe location was outstanding as was the ambience of the building built to replicate a period hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly and the room was not lavish but very comfortable and priced accordingly. We enjoyed the piano recitals in the central lounge and the menu and drinks on offer. The breakfast was very good.

LikedThe hotel is very well located. It's clean and the food is good. The restaurants, brasserie, and bar are excellent. The staff is generally very professional and attentive. The suites are clean, well-maintained, and practical.
DislikedThe only slight inconsistency is at the hotel entrance, depending on who's managing it. A few minor renovations would make it perfect. We need to take the time to better train certain staff members.
