“Amazing ambiance and luxury amenities for a relaxing Crete stay.”
LikedGreat amenities. Amazing ambiance. The view is incredible. The staff are very nice. Bed is comfortable. The private pool is well maintained. Onsite restaurants and bar are nice. Gym is incredible.
DislikedThe shower in the cave room is in a weird position. Water gets on the floor from the shower (we had to ask for extra towels). The room could use extra hooks to hang towels. The bathroom could use some art or decoration.

LikedWe loved everything about our stay at Acro. The staff was incredible and very friendly, the amenities were awesome, the room, pool and view were stunning, the breakfast was insane and so delicious, and the whole place was calm, serene, and so peaceful. We got room service and the food was delicious and we got to eat it on our patio while watching the sunset. While it's expensive to stay there, once you're there, the cost of things isn't outrageous such as food, the spa, and other wellness activities.

LikedAn amazing place, in a dreamy spot. The staff is incredible and extremely helpful. The food is amazing, and the room service is excellent. We loved the place so much that decided to stay one extra night and the staff made it possible. Perfect place to relax!

LikedThe staff were very nice, there was a turkish guy upon the staff he was very helpful and responsive Enjoyed every second.
DislikedThe restaurant is very overpriced and since you’re away from Heraklion you will have to eat there, although the hotel is very luxurious I think that the restaurant should be a bit with lower price. I would stay there again.

“Luxury stay with the most breathtaking views of the Cretan Sea!”
LikedThe location overlooking the sea is absolutely breathtaking. We loved our private suite with the most amazing views of the sea from the bed, shower and our private patio.
DislikedTwo minor things: the private plunge pool within our suite was very cold, making using the private pool not a pleasant experience despite the wonderful views. The in room water was only refilled once daily in the afternoon which was slightly inconvenient because the tap water was bad tasting and so we went the whole day without having water in the room, without anywhere close to buy any water from.
