“Beautiful family hotel in Elounda! we’d go back in a heartbeat”
LikedRight in the centre of Elounda, with its own private cove. The pool, the kids’ pool, the beach, the lawn areas, the style of the hotel, the rooms, the food basically everything was excellent or close to it. It’s a proper family hotel: the kids’ club and pool facilities were great, and our child had a wonderful time. This is definitely a place we’d return to.
DislikedThe only real problem was getting around the property with a stroller. There are a lot of steps, and very few ramps inside the hotel. Adding a few ramps to inside would make a big difference. Its not just for families with pushchairs, but also for guests with wheelchairs or limited mobility. For a hotel that caters so well to families, this is the one thing worth fixing.

“Felt don’t like the authentic Greece”
LikedIt was a beautiful place very large. It had a homey feeling from the 1970s. I love that we could walk into the sea with a sandy bottom and it was lovely to swim.
DislikedI love the property. The village near it was so so but I could’ve used a few more days there. It was very relaxing.

LikedThe sea was perfect! The beach and beach bar were great, and the staff was very polite. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets had everything we expected. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. When we first arrived, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary bottle of wine, which was a lovely gesture. There were instant coffees available, but we requested an espresso machine, and it was brought to us immediately.
DislikedThe hotel’s restaurants were a bit pricey compared to the local options outside, and it felt inconvenient to have to pay extra for even soft drinks at dinner.
LikedThe bedrooms were great. The view was beautiful and the grounds were very well kept. The pool was immaculate. All breakfasts were incredible with a wide variety.
DislikedA little difficulty getting around with the directions. They should have more signs.
