LikedAesthetic looks brilliant externally. Nice decor in keeping with the look and feel on living floors.
DislikedToilet seat moved around too much, main entrance was chock full of luggage on arrival day which looked very unkempt, toilet lock on one of only two gentlemen loos was broken, lift carpets were poorly vacuumed despite seeing a member of staff hoovering on one occasion, took ages to figure out that you can darken the room by using the mechanical louvre switch for window on our floor. So generally minor points but together and for a five star hotel detract from the allure of such a hotel.

LikedThis hotel exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made our young child feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Every request we had was handled immediately, and they were always happy to help. What impressed me the most was that the friendliness of the service never felt scripted or artificial—it was sincere, warm, and clearly came from the heart. In addition, the hotel’s visual design is absolutely stunning. The carefully selected artwork throughout the public areas and the beautiful inner courtyard create a truly unique atmosphere. Everything was also impeccably clean and maintained to an exceptionally high standard. This was one of the most memorable hotel experiences we have ever had. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality and an unforgettable stay. Br Janne Kataja
