LikedCorner window which gave the room a bright welcoming atmosphere. The room faced a pleasant cheery plaza.
DislikedThere was nothing that could have been improved. Even with a busy full hotel the staff were prompt and pleasant.

DislikedAcross street from a bar so little loud until about 4am but did not bother me much but if that is something that would, probably not your spot. The parking garage across street is a hot mess unless you're driving a bicycle.
LikedThe best surprise was the hot water. Unlike other places in Reykjavik, it did NOT smell of sulfur. They must use a heat exchanger or water heater. Very pleasant shower and brush teeth without the smell.
LikedLoved all the little nooks and crannies outside the room to sit and relax. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, well presented! The staff at the restaurant and front desk were very helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect, centrally located to everything in Reykjavik making it easy to walk through town.
DislikedThe beds were too firm, making it difficult to have a restful nights sleep, especially after a long day of sightseeing. No parking attached/associated with the hotel. The parking garage, which was conveniently across the street, was very expensive. Maybe offer a discount or hotel rate for hotel guests. Maybe offer complimentary tea/coffee/hot chocolate to guests that are running from one adventure to the next or are relaxing in one of the lounge areas.

LikedThis hotel met all of my expectations and delivered a great experience from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, the amenities were well-maintained, and everything ran smoothly throughout my stay. It felt like a reliable, comfortable place to unwind, and I left genuinely impressed with how consistently good everything was
