DislikedThere was an extra charge to use the pool, sauna and jacuzzi, more than $50 per person per day. It should be noted that these facilities are not included in the room rate.
LikedFantastic location. Very walkable area close to everything we wanted for our trip. Communication was prompt and clear and all our questions were answered by staff before and during our stay.

DislikedNo parking on site but there was a parking garage within a 2 minute walk.
LikedThe location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the city on foot. It is close to many restaurants, parks, shopping areas, tourist attractions, the harbour, and quaint neighbourhoods. The hotel is beautiful, with pleasing art displayed throughout and a large, comfortable lounge in the lobby. The front desk staff is attentive and friendly. Our room was comfortable, and the high-quality bedding was greatly appreciated. I would stay here again.

LikedClean and comfortable rooms, especially the interconnected setup which was ideal for our family. The staff were amazing & very friendly. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety and great quality.
DislikedService staff often used guest elevators, which sometimes caused delays. Also, direct access for private cars or taxis would be helpful, especially when traveling with luggage and small children. Alternatively, having electric buggies to assist with pickup/drop-off from the square would make a real difference.
