LikedAll of it. For me staying at the Taj Mahal Palace is the best part of my Mumbai trip. Service and hospitality is unparalleled in India and probably one of the best in the world. The design / ambience is magical.
DislikedThat now, also the Palm Lounge is fully climatized with AC. I loved seating there under the fan on a hot afternoon and sip some scotch or tea. Before the AC it was a more quiet, private place. Now is just a pretty family dinner.

LikedEverything is perfect and wonderful in our stay we can say that the staff are always the main pillar and above of that the great leadership that brings the team together to achieve the highest level of success it is my first visit to India built it will not be the last we will come back best wishes and regards for all the staff in Bombay and the hotel
LikedBeautiful and iconic hotel with a great location. The atmosphere and history of the property are very special, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. The breakfast is definitely a must-try a nice selection and a lovely experience. We really enjoyed our stay overall.
