LikedWe had an amazing experience! The level of service was exceptional, and every member of the staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. It was the perfect choice for our honeymoon and made our stay truly special. Thank you so much for everything — we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
LikedThe villa was very spacious and comfortable, with a large living area, indoor and outdoor showers, and the option to enjoy the space with air-conditioning or open it up for natural airflow. Breakfast was excellent, with both a high-quality buffet and a very good à la carte menu at Sundara. The location is also a major advantage, as it is easy to walk to the local seafood restaurants along Jimbaran Beach. The beach atmosphere in the evening was especially beautiful. The staff were attentive and professional, and the overall security and privacy were very good. A very comfortable and enjoyable resort experience in Jimbaran.
LikedThe hotel feels like something out of a dream. every inch of the landscape is absolutely stunning. I can’t fully describe how amazing and attentive the staff were throughout our stay. The food, the location, and how incredibly kid friendly the entire place is truly stood out. The kids club was also exceptional.

LikedGood breakfast, excellent gym with well-equipped facilities, and outstanding service from Desu, who took great care of us throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing, with a large swimming pool. Sundara Restaurant is also lovely. The price is on the higher side, but it’s well worth it if you value exceptional service and a memorable overall experience from the moment you step into the hotel.
