LikedAdorable hotel, every area I saw was very clean and the room was decorated so nicely. Bathroom was spacious and clean as well. My friend and I both slept great, the A/C worked surprisingly well! Breakfast was great and plentiful - we had more than we needed to and plenty of lattes to get the day started. Hotel front desk was great about keeping our bags for us on both ends of our stay. No complaints, I would love to stay here again!

DislikedIf I had to pick something to complain about - the shower leaks onto bathroom floor a bit when running - but this is common in the open door style showers, especially in Europe.

LikedThis is a hidden gem in Rome. The location, the property, the facilities were amazing but the staff were the stars. Every single staff member was excellent and went out of their way to make our stay amazing. And I have to mention the old iron lift, what a great addition to add to the historic feel of being in Rome. We could not recommend the hotel highly enough and will only be staying here when we return to Rome.

LikedThe quiet room with an excellent layout with one exception. The smoke alarm directly over the bed is not good as it constantly emits light beams.
