LikedThe view from room and property grounds was phenomenal!!!! Everyone working there was pleasant and accommodating. We loved our experience at the spa and used it everyday. We were very sad to leave!

DislikedEverything was PERFECT except one experience at the spa, we entered at 4pm and it opens at 2pm so everything should still be relatively clean and working. On this day one of the cold plunge baths were not working and the other one has pieces of skin and hair floating around it in. So much so that we could not use it, it was disgusting. We had used that cold plunge bath the day prior and it was perfect. We believe what may have happened is the other attendants were not showering before going in the facilities AND not showering between experiences (for example: you are supposed to shower before and after sauna, steam room, cold plunge to make sure you are rinsing off. We did this but watched as other patrons did not. we could not find anyone working at the facility at this time to notify, there was no one in the spa working and no one at the spa front desk at this time. I would recommend the cold plunge baths to be cleaned or checked more regularly to provide the best optimal experience for customers. One other note, we were told it was no bathing suit spa and not optional so we went naked with robes as directed yet we saw several people in bathing suits which made it awkward for us

LikedThe Como was a sanctuary. The hotel has all the quality you’d expect of a Como hotel. Breakfast was very good. The steak and pizza restaurant was good, we ate there twice. It was relaxing enjoying a drink and sunset in the outdoor terrace. We also used the indoor swimming pool which connects to the outdoor pool. The highlight activity was riding an e-bike with the hotel guide across the plains. I highly recommend the Como Alpe di Siusi

LikedEverything! The room was beautiful, the food was wonderful, and the spa services and facilities were luxurious. Had an amazing massage and even bought some of their wonderful products. The staff here are exceptional-they attend to everything you need and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and attended to.

LikedLuxury Hotel with a beautiful view to the mountains from the window/terrace. Very friendly staff. Three restaurants to choose from. A number of hiking tracks in the area.

DislikedOn the day if departure we wanted to use outside pool but it was closed (should be open from 7:00).

LikedFirst class rooms, view, food, bedding services, spa, pool. The staff was friendly and very professional. We were always feeling like we were special and well taken care of by the entire staff.
