LikedFrom the moment you arrive, you are welcomed with genuine warmth and the kindest hospitality. Every wish and need is thoughtfully anticipated and cared for!! Each of the 28 rooms is completely unique, with its own special character and charm. The design of the hotel is simply breathtaking, such a special location as well, truly a hidden gem. The food is fresh, local, and beautifully prepared; you can truly taste the love and care that goes into every dish! Most of all, everyone made us feel completely at home. We stayed for a week, but could have happily stayed for a month. We can’t wait to return, thank you 💖

“Storica atmosfera”
LikedLa struttura in un castello medievale e poi antico convento. La cortesia professionale del personale. L’attenzione oltre le aspettative del personale che ha ovviato ad un piccolo inconveniente con grande classe.
LikedHotel je opravdu nádherný, ponechaná historie hradu ale vše kolem vybaveno do 21 století. Od samého příjezdu, opravdu úžasný servis a péče ze strany personálu. Tohle jsme ještě v žádném hotelu nezažili. Chci všem moc poděkovat, včetně recepce, kuchařů i číšníků, protože tady se budete cítit jako doma. Pokud chcete jedinečný zážitek po všech stránkách, to i včetně dokonalé gastronomie, stojí tento hotel za každou cenu.

LikedDas Frühstück war kein Buffet sondern es wurde serviert und es war sehr gut. Hausgemachte Croissants und Kuchen, Käse, Obst und Spiegelei mit Speck - alles super! Das Abendessen war auch exzellent. Einzigartig schön ist das Spa. Das wurde in uralte Gewölbe hineingebaut, die früher mal ein Kloster waren und hat die klösterliche Atmosphäre trotz allem Luxus bewahrt.

Likedi thought the property was incredibly beautiful and high quality. The staff were all helpful and warm. The rooms were also beautiful. Quality top. Bed mostly comfortable.
Dislikedpillows too hard. better to have a combination of full and softer pillows. some details like spa and bathroom accessories did not match the quality of the rest of the hotel. Spa should be open earlier, from 7am and until 9 or 10pm. Spa staff need more training. Good but need to be exceptional for the price you are paying to stay at this property.
