LikedThe staff were really kind. The hotel located in a beautiful location, and the room was amazing, well designed, highly maintained and with top notch accessories. The spa was wonderful and an extraordinary experience. The breakfast was rich and diverse.
DislikedThe air conditioning didn't cool the room as expected, even though, the staff tried to help solving this and reduce the temparture lower bound.
LikedGorgeous resort, but the best part came from all the quiet, thoughtful, quiet surprises in hospitality - from the welcome drinks, to charging our electric car before we left…every day we noticed countless little touches that showed intention in every act of service. The price was more than reasonable given everything included: delicious breakfast daily, full access to spa amenities, complimentary e-bike rentals, etc. We can’t wait to go back!
DislikedWe honestly have no complains -100/10 resort!
LikedEverything was more than wonderful! Staff, service, location, views, facilities!! High level of comfort and relaxation!!
LikedFrom the staff to the rooms, everything about Lefay exceeded our expectations, especially since we were travelling there on our honeymoon. Communication was excellent and the service was exceptional, with rooms that were not only comfortable and cosy, but also luxurious with amazing views of the alps and overlooking the town below. The location is also quite ideal if you want to explore the area, as the hotel is easily accessible. There are also a lot of activities you can partake in; I recommend the walks as you can see more of the area and town itself. The spa and pool are the oustanding features of this hotel, and you must visit at least once to experience them for yourself.
DislikedNothing much, though portions at the restaurant could be larger.
LikedThe place is exceptionally well maintained and has a truly welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly, especially Noemi from reception — she was warm, attentive, and gave us great recommendations to explore the area. The pool was our absolute favorite part of the stay. We genuinely fell in love with this place and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. We will definitely be coming back next year!
LikedBeautiful scenery, wonderful spa services, amazing staff!
