LikedWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Dolomites. The staff were excellent—professional, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate guests. Their service was consistently warm and welcoming throughout our visit. The breakfast buffet was simply the best we have ever experienced, with an incredible selection of fresh, high-quality items that made every morning a highlight. The location was also ideal, with easy access to the area’s major attractions, hiking trails, lifts, and activities. It made exploring the Dolomites convenient and stress-free. An exceptional hotel in every respect. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Dolomites.

We would highly recommend and will stay here again for future visits to the area. Easy to walk to both Seceda and Alpe di Siusi cable cars, shopping, and dining.

LikedThe staff really stood out for me. Extremely helpful not only for local eats but also on hikes/gondolas to take in the area. They even had hiking sticks and bags for us to use. The breakfast was incredible and the room size was great. I would easily go back.
DislikedThere is no AC. Just be mindful. We didn't find any properties in the area that had AC. This was not a deal breaker as the hotel provided fans and the temperature really cooled off at night. Even with this, I'm rating the hotel a 10/10. Incredible place.
