Hotel Savoy, a Rocco Forte Hotel reviews
“Great time, amazing service”
LikedThe hotel is great! The room and bathroom both are spacious , with a lot of room to store clothes. Also the concierge and the front desk are AMAZING. They booked us tickets for museums! And helped us with directions. The location is in the center, so you don’t need a car ( and if you do, the hotel orders one for you ). Really liked the hotel, we’ll be back!
“Amazing little hotel”
LikedAmazing little hotel with very polite and helpful staff. Their yoga studio is amazing!
DislikedEverything, from breakfast, room service and especially the staff very polite snd helpful.
“We can’t wait to go back!!”
LikedMagnificent property. Newly renovated. Emily from Guest Service is AMAZING! She makes everyone feel like they are at home instead of at a hotel. She is smart and has much cultural humility, as well. Franco greeted is upon arrival and anticipated our needs! Kind thoughtful. The concierge pulled off a small miracle and arranged ticket to the Academia for us to see David, completely at the last minute. We had a suite. Was a wonderful stay!
