LikedTHE ST REGIS IS AMAZING!!!! The staff was phenomenal. The property is gorgeous. Our room was huge and exquisite. We had wonderful breakfasts every morning and ate and drank in the main bar on more than a couple of nights. It was an exceptional experience. I HIGHLY recommend it.
DislikedWe found a pretty good rate. But, it is pricey.

LikedThe entire staff outstanding. I felt like I was the most important guest in the hotel. Concierge staff personally came to escort me to the taxi, so I would not miss my train. Thank you for the lovely suite upgrade. I could not have had a better experience. I want to return to Florence just to stay at The St Regis!

I have to say the staff friendless, welcoming and top end service and positive vibes are unmatchable.a special thank you to the concierge staff, as they are without a doubt the most pro active service I have ever seen in more than 20+ years. Beautiful experience, and definitely will be repeated.
