The Place Firenze

LikedThe property was impeccably decorated, extremely clean and centrally located. There was not a spec of dirt anywhere, and not a single flaw on the property. Everyone on the property was extremely attentive, polite and provided exceptional service.

DislikedI would have preferred to have a room that faced the outside instead of the interior but the decor and the service easily overcame that drawback. The hotel was lovely and would stay there again.

LikedSpacious rooms, high ceilings, great location. 10/10

Liked- the decor and architecture is outstanding, along with their Ginori porcelain (the green walls of the rooms were very pretty as well) - the location is very walkable; the river is around a 5 minute walk - the concierge and everyone that I met were VERY nice and accommodating and gave great suggestions on where to go in Florence

Disliked- N/A

The service was excellent all around - everyone was friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We will be back.
