“Our visit was very memorable, we fell in love with Florence!”
LikedAmazing service, staff are SO helpful and friendly and take amazing care of you. The hotel is so cozy and the location is literally a 5 minute walk from anywhere you might want to visit! Staff helped us with everything from regular requests to making reservations/arranging transportation, restaurant recommendations.
DislikedRoom service is only available for breakfast, wish they had room service all day or at least up until dinner time :)

LikedHospitality , very welcoming atmosphere and the staffs are great and so helpful . You really feel that every one is given the right attention and they are ready to take the extra step to help u . The location is perfect and the room I have got has a beautiful view at the Dior shop . Breakfast is very good .
