Four Seasons Hotel Milano

LikedWe loved every second. Very clean. Professional Staffs ! The breakfast so good ! Room size amazing ! Spa also I used and highly recommend it !

DislikedWould be nice if there was some entertainment for evening at bar or restaurant.

LikedStunning decor incorporating historic elements from its original function as a convent with modern decor and technology. Friendly, helpful and thoughtful service.

LikedVery good hotel, amazing people, great place for a businessman

LikedBest experience on hotel, everything was fantastic Room service team made our vocation unforgettable)

LikedRestaurant staff were particularly helpful and friendly.

DislikedNow you ask, the room service on two occasions was really really slow, when you spend this sort of money it needs to be perfect. To give you an example we ordered some ice early evening and the third time I called , almost an hour later I just said, get an ice bucket ready at the bar and ill just come and get it myself !! Rubbish

LikedEverything! Bedroom was so spacious, with great attention to details. Staff were excellent and food was excellent too!

LikedThe location is perfect, and the staff are friendly. If you love style, this is the hotel for you. The attention to detail is outstanding.

DislikedThe service from the door to the reception staff and housekeeping is excellent – professional, friendly, and attentive. However, the standard of service in the outside garden area does not align with the high standards set elsewhere.
