LikedOne of the most beautiful and amazing places I have ever been! 100/10 everything. The design is exceptional, Daria from concierge team made us a small tour around the hotel and its signature rooms: just breathtaking, stylish and elegant, the food from breakfast to dinner was 100% delicious, better then 90% of restaurants I visited during my 1,5 month Italy stay. Daria also helped us to find and deliver to the room the medicine for our dog, and the restaurant opened earlier for breakfast for us to be on time for the early morning excursion. They even made us coffee to go (although they didn’t have carton cups yet, they found it somewhere). All the stuff is very nice and super attentive 24/7. Dreaming to come back one day and take the trip in orient express train 🤍 P.S. they photoshopped a photo of our dog to their postcard 🥹

LikedHotel is like from the dream… We had a wonderful stay at Orient Express Venezia. The interiors are beautiful, with great attention to detail, especially in the shared spaces. The highlight of our stay was the staff - everyone was warm, welcoming, humble, and genuinely attentive. Excellent service throughout.
