LikedThe staff was absolutely fantastic!!! The food in the reserved restaurants was excellent. The food in general was very very good. The room was nice and it was great that it was a two minute walk to the beach. Plus, they had lounge chairs and umbrellas along w/service. Excellent!
DislikedThe details in the room could have been better. The door didn't latch well and the toilet would run occasionally. The check-in could also have been better w/the room being ready since we arrived after 3pm.

Liked2nd time here, and there is a reason for that. Food is great, facilities are beautiful. No complaints.

LikedThis lovely property is right on a fabulous beach and, also, very close to the airport. There is beautiful artwork throughout by Jamaicans, making you feel very close to the cultural spirit of this country during your stay. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. And on every evening, we were entertained by delightful entertainers. I couldn’t have asked for anything more from my experience at the S Hotel.

Disliked2 of the 3 restaurants were not good. The buffet was great and so was the Jamaican restaurant. It rained a lot and there wasn’t much to do at all when it rained.

DislikedSome staff weren’t as friendly as I thought they’d be. Some did not acknowledge you as you walked by or waiting for a table at the restaurant. Limited bathing towels in room.
