LikedThe hotel and my room were beautiful. Truly, what one would expect of an Ace Hotel. The staff were extremely courteous as well. My room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The property itself is beautifully designed and situated in an extremely convenient area. I met so may people just exploring the neighborhood, eating at local restaurants and grabbing a few drinks at local bars. The restaurants in the hotel were also very nice and service was great. I would recommend this hotel!

DislikedThe breakfast was a bit repetitive with too limited choice. No lactose free milk available. Although same breakfast plate was ordered on 3 days it came differently and ones the dish was already cold. It was replaced quickly though.

LikedEverything about our stay was incredible. The property features a modern yet intuitively cozy design with very spacious rooms and large, luxurious bathrooms. The highlight of our location was the direct view of the spectacular Gion Festival procession right from our window to the street! Above all, the service was exceptionally outstanding. After an unexpected situation with the kids in the middle of the night, the staff reacted immediately with kindness and professionalism. They provided a complete change of linens, duvets, and even the mattress in the dead of night without hesitation. We are incredibly grateful to this fantastic, family-friendly team!

LikedThe property was centrally located with a modern vibe. There were regular and electric bikes on property for use for free and that made getting around the city a ton of fun. The restaurants in the hotel were also convenient and amazing. When we arrived, my husband was motion sick from the bullet train and the staff did everything they could to get us into a room and comfortable.
