LikedWow! What a gorgeous hotel! The views are absolutely stunning. The staff are excellent and quite helpful. Breakfast is insane--so many delicious choices. Great location for seeing Osaka. We would stay here again.
DislikedI was disappointed in the women's onsen. The males in my family raved about the men's! The women's consisted of a warm, not hot, steam room (men had a sauna).
LikedBreakfast was fabulous, we appreciated the range of choices. The room has an exceptional view and everything about it was very comfortable. This is easily one of nicest hotels we have stayed in.
LikedViews are bonkers. As are location and amenities. View deck bar is incomparable.

LikedEverything was just perfect. Booking did a mistake (shitty Plattform way overpriced) and did not inform the hotel that the rooms should be interconnected. But the stuff was suerfriendly and moved us immed next day to other rooms. Was not possible this day as hotel was completly sold out. To my surprise the hotel was managing the full booking quite well and the breakfast was super crowded but on this class you expect a tip on top even if it is crowded. And they served it very well. Top nutch like Kepinski.

LikedBeautifully stylish hotel with jaw dropping views. Room was comfortable and well laid out with thoughtful touches. Very luxurious. Loved having a Dyson hairdryer to use as I had to leave mine at home. Breakfast buffet was great and bar service in lounge terrific.
