LikedIt was the best hotel we stayed during our trip in Japan! The service was outstanding, everyone who works there are very attentive and makes you feel comfortable and happy. They prepared a special gift for our daughter’s birthday, and we were feeling like a royalty. Everything was just perfect! The location of the hotel is central, but away from hustle and bustle. The food at the breakfast was great, but restaurants at the hotel are very expensive. Room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. We booked the corner room and the view was amazing! They also have a very nice bar on the top floors with great cocktails and really nice atmosphere! We definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay again! Thanks very much!

The location is excellent, very convenient and close to everything, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The overall atmosphere was elegant and truly reflects a luxury experience.
LikedMy stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka was excellent, and the service was outstanding. I would, however, suggest enhancing the breakfast experience. Increasing the variety of dishes, improving the freshness of pastries, and ensuring timely replenishment would help bring the breakfast offering in line with the hotel’s otherwise exceptional standards.

LikedHad a great comprehensive buffet breakfast for all ages, excellent gym facilities, rooms had great city view. Staff is very professional and rooms a good size.
DislikedIt isn’t walking distance to stores or tourist sights, although taxis are always waiting.

LikedEverything was spectacular, the staff specifically the doormen and Mr. Lee, the staff at the lounge they made us what we want even if not available at the menu. Also i forgot my watch and they sent it back to my country which we really appreciated
