Imperial Hotel Osaka

LikedThis is a fantastic Japanese 5 Star property. All the staff, from the doormen, bell attendants, receptionists, concierge, were extremely welcoming and professional. We had two spacious connected rooms, they were wonderfully appointed, had great views, lots of light, and the bath tub in the master bedroom was great. The free shuttle to the train station is great to visit down town.

DislikedThe swimming pool is part of an adjacent but separate club. Minors are not allowed. Honestly I don't think the property should be advertised as having a pool.

LikedThe staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. The room was also very clean and all features and details felt very well thought through in their design.

LikedOur stay at the Imperial Hotel Osaka has been absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and the service has been exceptional from start to finish. I would especially like to give a huge thank you to Yokoy Ama. She was truly amazing — incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, and always had the biggest smile. Her positive attitude and warm personality made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. She went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, and her kindness and professionalism really stood out.

DislikedIts location is not convenient because it’s a bit of walk from other locations but not too bad.

LikedI love this hotel. It is in a perfect location - very accessible to transportation, great restaurants and still has a beautiful river walk right outside. The staff are excellent and always ready to assist you with anything you might need. Once you stay here you will always compare others using this as the standard to live up to.
