LikedEverything about Andaz is incredible, the service is exceptional and the facilities are unreal. Staying here absolutely made our whole trip.

LikedStaff were amazing, breakfast and food very good (japanese), rooms comfortable.
DislikedI’m afraid of heights and all rooms are on floors 37-50, reception is on the 51st floor. But this cannot be changed… And I enjoyed my stay very much. We’ve been there three times this trip, 7 nights in all.

DislikedThe gym/pool is shared with non-hotel guests which causes issues (e.g. space in pool and workout areas)

LikedThis was an amazing property and so comfortable, the staff were so welcoming. I was recommended to stay by a family member and it did not disappoint.
DislikedIt was hard to find fault. I would have liked to have bought some of the Tea Cup and Saucer.
