LikedWe had the most excellent stay at the Aoyama Grand Hotel. The service was superb from pre-check in to arrange airport transfers, to the excellent concierge service to help book restaurants and the always friendly and helpful staff. Our family of 3 stayed in a king suite. The room was beautifully presented, sofa bed perfect for our 6 year old, excellent in room amenities, and we very much enjoyed the complimentary mini bar. The location is perfect as walkable to Shibuya and Harajuku, as well as close to a number of metro stations. One of the best (if not the best) hotels we have stayed at. We would love to return one day!
LikedVery cool design. The size of the room and level of comfort with city views were outstanding. The all inclusive mini bar that restocked everyday was a fabulous bonus.

LikedWe thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, the atmosphere and vibe as you enter and the overall location. Highly recommend! The free mini bar was also a big hit!
DislikedThe only negative issue we had was surrounding check in. There was some confusion initially around our children on the booking, and an additional charge for our 5 year old. She was included on the booking, and this was later confirmed. A swimming pool at the property would also be a big hit! Especially in the depths of summer as we experienced.
